Our policy requires a 50% non-refundable retainer to secure your booking. If you need to cancel your session, the retainer will be forfeited regardless of when the cancellation occurs. However, if you cancel at least 48 hours in advance, you have the option to reschedule the session once at no additional cost, unless previously discussed.
